The former Maple UI displayed shortcut-keys in the menu entries. There was no need to consult the help system and good overview of possible menu control alternatives was provided.

In the new ribbon interface, such hints are not given anymore (if I am not mistaken).

Suggestion:
The information of shortcut keys could be added after the mouse-over text. For example Crtl+O after "Open a file"

 

For me, attaching the shortcut-key to the corresponding menu item is the most intuitive way to look up this information. Adding text is probably less invasive then graphical design changes, hence this pragmatic suggestion.

Alternatively, AI could provide the information but simple prompts (like "shortcut to open a file in Maple" or "list all keyboard shortcuts for Maple under Windows") did not work for me. A waist of time, credits and energy for nothing. Somehow it is difficult for to todays AIs to identify that there is a help page (not easy to find for beginners and me in Maples help system, IMO) that contains all information needed:
