Just a curious question.

Why when some new applications are added to the application center they do not always get inserted at the top of the list?

Upadating MAPLE Application Centre

I've recently uploaded an application to the MAPLE Application Centre:

I have since tried to make edits to the application and to submit them using the edit facility there, but none has been implemented. Please would some one let me know ne who can help resolve this problem?

Hi all,

I noticed that there are not many applications which deal with the finite element method with Maple. I attached in the file below a code for the magnetostatic probems and which allows the calculation of the magnetic field in a permanent magnet synchronous machine.

Modeling a Double Pipe Heat Exchanger with MapleSim

A prospective customer recently asked if we had a MapleSim model of a double pipe heat exchanger. Heat exchangers are a critical unit operation in the process industries, and accurate models are needed for process control studies. I couldn't find an appropriate model so I decided to derive the dynamic equations, and implement them using MapleSim's custom component interface. I'll outline my modeling strategy in this blog post.

Maplesoft application center is broken - missing lots of older archived applications

I ran an advanced search in the application center at maplesoft and I'm not sure that it works properly.

Under advanced search I left the search field blank and selected MapleV to find all applications submitted for MapleV. The first thing that happens is that it comes up with applications rated for newer versions of Maple. Then it asks to click here to search our archived Maple-related applications (prior to Maple 10).

So I do that but it only produces...
