Hey im trying to solve this equation of 2 order but its keeping giving me that starange error.

del:=(x^((1/(3)))*y^((2/(3)))(x)+x)*diff(x)+(x^((2/(3)))*y^((1/(3)))(x)+y(x))*diff(y(x))=0;
 

Can someone giude me on how to solve it
