I am using mathematical simplification. In between the simplifcations I have the function after unsing "factor(f)"

f:=X^2*R*(1-y^3)(5+4*x-10*p+34*x^2)*y*x^2*(R+d^3+4*R-10*a*b^2)

Here my question is "How can separate or take out the term(s) within the brackets()" from the multivariate polynomial.

I am using Maple-9 to simplify the expression and the expression is not having numerical coefficients. Example expression is given below.

a2:=(18*d^2*R^2*r-4*d1^3*r+5*R^6-z1*r^3*p-14*r1^3*r*rc+k1*d^2*R^2*r);

The question here is: I want to collect all "positive terms" and "negative terms" and assign to new variable.

Please suggest steps for the above problem
