Question: How to extract and plot data from a loop?

bc:=f(0)=gama,D(f)(0)=lamda,D(f)(N)=1,theta(N)=0,D(theta)(0)=-Nc*(1-theta(0)):

lamda:=1:
Nc:=3:
pr:=5:
beta:=1:

I need help to plot and extract data from above loop.
The plot and data should be of Dtheta[Q] vs Q
