I have here Maple proc, but it doesn't work. I am try to solve this equation 
pde := diff(u(t, x), t, t)-(diff(u(t, x), x, x))+x^2*u(t, x);

with 3 piont known , we have 
stencil:=u(i,j)=-u(i-1,j-1)+(1-h^2/8*v(h/2*(j-i-1))^2)*u(i,j-1)+(1-h^2/8*v(h/2*(j-i+1))^2)*u(i-1,j);
