I get this error unter WINDOW 11, with WINDOW10 it was o.k

> lib := cat(kernelopts(mapledir), "/lib/mylibn.mla"); savelib('MYEIGW', lib)

Error, cannot lock repository, C:\Program Files\Maple 13/lib/mylibn.mla
