Question: Anybody has experience of calculating inverse for a complicate matrix

I'm working with inverse of a complicated matrix, which is 12*12, and all the elements are symbols. I included that matrix at the end. The program is running forever, no results, no error message? Anybody has such kind of experience, any suggestion that what I can do? Thanks a lot, I appreciate your help!
