Thank you for your tips. I also suspected, that something in the model may be wrong (its rather complex), so I have to make some debugging.

May I have another question. At the moment I'm using MapleSim V6. Is there a possibility to export results tabulated? E.g. voltage as a function of time of probes in an Excel like manner?
