@Kitonum Thank you for taking the time to answer this is very helping but in my particular case I have to to do it using triple integral and my problem is finding the upper and lower bornes for r and z in cylindrical and rho in spherical with thoses equations : (r^2 + z^2 + 12)^2 - 64*r^2 and (rho^2 + 12)^2 - 64*rho^2*sin(phi)^2

@Rouben Rostamian  I'm sorry I am just having trouble to find the area to integrate. I found that the spherical coords for this equation are (rho^2 + 12)^2 - 64*rho^2*sin(phi)^2 and the spherical are (r^2 + z^2 + 12)^2 - 64*r^2 but I can't find the upper and lower bornes for r and z in cylindrical and for rho in spherical. I'm new to maple and my english is not so great sorry if it's not clear.
