Will:  They emailed me and told me they had reset my account, so I was able to do a reinstall and online activation.  SOOooo... the issue has been resolved.  I think the main problem was that I had a unicompartmental (partial) knee replacement, then a spinal fusion (C6-C7) a couple weeks later (all this in November).  I'm only just now pulling the threads of my life back together, so to speak, and am still on the mend.  I think all my "issues" (like this one) felt the "blip" in my life and were briefly orphaned.  Thank you for your help!   Patti

I tried that and received no reply.  I think the philosophy is they don't support old versions of the product?  I also find their website so feature-rich that I can't easily navigate it and thought maybe there was some special secret site for users who have been "orphaned" as I am.
