To illustrate and clarify my question regarding working with units and piecewise fuctions and then plotting them an attached worksheet that examines three strategies for  plotting piecewise fuctions is attached.The cases are :

Case 0: Use Piecewise Fuction with no units attached. Introduce units when plotting. This works but we dont get to work with the benefits of the Units[Standard] package.

Case 1: Split Piecewise Function into three expressions with units attached and then plot. The plots for this case work but it is cumbersome.

Case 2: Use Piecewise Functions with units attachedand then plot. Here no plots are generated. Inorder to work with units package with piecewise functions and then plot them I must resolve this problem.
