I want to form an array(gp) in which each element is a 1x5 matrix/array and within each of those arrays, I wish it to add a small amount eps1 to each coordinate of that array, without changing the other values of the array. Hence b:= a is there to rest the value of b so that it only changes one coordinate at a time, does that make any sense?

No it's not being executed, and the minima found message doesn't print, that's what I don't understand, since the conditions in my if statements are clearly not being fufilled?
