Does Maplesoft provide Maple help menu online?

Hi:

 

I purchased Maple 12 after talking to a sales rep and was given download link and a temporarary purchase code I could use to activate Maple 12. What is the next step? Will I have to obtain some kind of permement activation? and how can I do this? Thanks!

I am a math teacher and was wondering if Maplesoft offers special pricing for Maple. I will purchase Maple with my funds for my class activities so I am not talking about academic pricing.

My computer has Mac OS X 10.5.5   Does latest version of Maple works with this OS?

My PC has 512 MB of RAM (Windows XP , service pack 3). Will my computer be able to run Maple 12 smoothly? Thanks!

Hi: I am using Maple 10. In the tools menu I click "check for updates" and then go through the procedure of updating. In the end I get the dialog box "Update was unsuccessful because of the following reasons" (1) You might not be logged in as administrator .I am logged in as administrator as a matter of fact. (2) You might not have enough disk space. I have plenty of disk space left. I have no clue as to how to get around this situaton. Please help. Kush
