Hi, and thank you for the quick response.

First and formost, the problem is no longer present on the system. I am unsure as to why this occured, but while looking through the processes, I noticed that the user had two instances of 'mserver' running, and they were probably in different workspaces. The user later terminated these instances, after which, we could no longer replicate the problem. Do multiples instances of mserver cause issues?
